What is PEGS ESG Score?

The PEGS ESG Score is a data-driven sustainability assessment designed to help asset owners, tenants, managers, and investors measure and improve their environmental, social, and governance performance. Our scoring system aligns with globally recognised frameworks.

How PEGS ESG Score Works

STEP 1

Provide the Asset Information

This can be done through the My Estatez Platform, either Filling Form AR1 (if your asset is not yet registered with PEGS) or Form AAR1 (if your asset is already registered)

We assess 15 key performance indicators across 3 primary metrics:

Depending on the type of assessment chosen (Basic or Comprehensive), we will request additional information for each of the assessed parameters.

Receive your ESG Score & Report

Upon the acquisition of all necessary inputs, the assessment, auditing, and benchmarking of your ESG performance will be conducted. Each assessment is assigned a unique assessment number (UAN), and all assessments are maintained by PEGS for a duration of four years from the date of publication of the assessment.
