The ESG Scoring system evaluates properties using 15 carefully selected parameters, generating a comprehensive 390-point score that reflects their ESG performance. This score assesses current sustainability and guides properties towards continuous improvement. Based on their scores, properties are categorised into three distinct tiers, ensuring clear benchmarks for progress.
